360 Global ServicesYou can ask us to delete the personal information we have about you, including what you sent us through this site, by email, or through WhatsApp, Facebook, or Instagram messages.
How to request deletion
- Email info@360globalservicesllc.com with the subject line "Data deletion request". You can also call us at (214) 909-5268.
- Include your full name and the email or phone number you used to contact us, so we can find your data. If you messaged us on Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp, also include your profile name or number.
- We may ask you to confirm your identity before deleting anything, to protect your information.
- We'll confirm in writing once your data has been deleted, within 45 days at most.
What we delete
- Your contact form submissions and your message history with us.
- Your contact details on our lists, including marketing communications.
What we may need to keep
If you were a client, the law requires us to keep certain records for a period of time, such as copies of tax returns, notary records, or consent documentation for health insurance. We'll tell you which records we keep and why, and delete them when the legal period ends.
Data Meta collects on its own
If you accepted cookies, the Meta Pixel may have sent Meta data about your visit. Meta controls that data. To disconnect or clear it from your account, go to Accounts Center → Your information and permissions → Your activity off Meta technologies on Facebook or Instagram. To stop sending data from this site, reject cookies in our Cookie Policy.
Deleting a conversation in Messenger, Instagram, or WhatsApp removes it from your app, but not from our records. For that, send us the request above.
