How we work with you

1. You tell us which process you need

You tell us the form or process you're filing and we gather your information. If you're not sure which one applies to you, we recommend talking to an attorney first.

2. We organize your documents

We gather, organize, and review every required form and supporting document.

3. We prepare your filing

We hand you your finished package, ready to submit, with clear instructions.

Independent from notary services

If your process requires notarizing a signature or document, that is a separate service provided by our Notary Services specialist. It is provided and billed independently from immigration document preparation.

It depends on the form. If needed, that service is provided and billed separately through our notary service.
Immigration processes are filed with a federal agency (USCIS), so they don't depend on a state license. That said, some states have their own consumer-protection laws for non-attorneys who prepare immigration documents. We work within those rules based on the state where you live.
