Notary Services
Reliable notarial services for personal, financial, and business documents.
⚠️ Required Notice (Texas Gov't Code §406.017-b)
Because this service is also advertised in Spanish, Texas law requires the following notice in both English and Spanish, along with the notary fee:
"I AM NOT AN ATTORNEY LICENSED TO PRACTICE LAW IN TEXAS AND MAY NOT GIVE LEGAL ADVICE OR ACCEPT FEES FOR LEGAL ADVICE."
"No soy abogado autorizado para ejercer la abogacía en el estado de Texas y no puedo dar asesoría legal ni aceptar honorarios por asesoría legal."
Notary fee: as permitted by Texas Gov't Code §406.024: up to $10 for the first signature and $1 for each additional signature on an acknowledgment. Other notary fees follow the same law, and we confirm them before your appointment.
Independent from immigration document preparation
Our notary service is provided by Daniela Molina, a Notary Public commissioned in Texas. This service is independent from the immigration document preparation offered by Gabriela Molina: it is provided and billed separately, even if you use both services during the same visit. If your document was prepared by our immigration team and you only need a signature notarized, that notarization is billed as an independent notarial act, at the notary fee listed above.
Where we offer this service
